The phoenix are birds of good, their tears heal any wound, and they become reborn from the dead, they can fly super speeds and they have senses for people in trouble. 11  out of 12 found this valuable. Do you?

Hopefully this hasn't been inspired by Harry Potter.

It's usually not the tears that heal the wounds, but the ash of the bird. The bird also kills itself every 100 years to be reborn in its own ash (tho it is not the same way as Harry Potter) Not all fly supper speeds - there are dozens of variants all through out the world. Heck, the Russian one can speak human tongue while the Arabian one is pure white in color.

"The phoenix are birds of good, their tears heal any wound, and they become reborn from the dead, they can fly super speeds and they have senses for people in trouble."
A Pheonix is a mythical bird with a tail of beautiful gold and red plumage. It has a 500 year life-cycle, and near the ens the pheonix builds itself a nest of cinnamon twigs that it then ignites; both nest and bird burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes, from which a new, young pheonix arises. The new phonix is destined to live, usually, as long as the old one. In some stories, the new pheonix embalms the ashes of the old pheonix in an egg made of myrrh and deposits it in the Egyptian city of Heliopolis. The bird was also said to regenerate when hurt or wounded by a foe, thus being almost immortal and invincible- a symbol of fire and divinity. Originally, the pheonix was identified by the Egyptians as a stork or heron-like bird called Benu, known forn the book of the dead and other Egyptian texts as one of the sacred symbols of worship at Heliopolis, closely associated with the rising sun and the Egyptian sun god Ra.
