ok so im 20 yrs old a mother of one and a loving girlfriend but theres one more thing.... i can see spirits. i kept this anonymousbecause i am afraid of being picked on and called crazy bor a liar. see alot of ppl think that this ability is cool witch m ost of the time i agree, but right now im getting bothered by this one spirit im starting to see all the time. i dont know what to do or were to turn. is there any suggestions? 3 out of 4 found this valuable. burn some sage in your home and say a few blessings for protection on your home and your family.

well, yes. it needs your help i guess. thats what happens all the time....yousee them, they need help, you help, you fail, they pisses you to death...

I would suggest finding out anything that you can about the entity following you, if you get any bad feelings from it if you think it is a threat then I would suggest burning sage in your home and not in just the rooms that you see it most, when burning the sage you need to start in one corner of the house and move through to a window or door, get all the corners in every room even the bathrooms and closets, (tip: ring your house in salt, since it is a purifying factor, after you burn sage) and say a prayer or a meaningful quote ( ie my mother prefers saying something like: let this destroy all evil entities that wish us harm and let all benign entities be purified and go up to the lord ) or something like that while burning the sage through each room, however if this entity isn't malignant try to find out why it may be following you and see what you think the best thing to do is. If nothing seems to work you can always go to a preacher at a nearby church and ask him for his advise and asistence. I hope this helps you.
