"i'd base kings transformation not an hour. less. 15 20 minutes. wouldnt take a hour. not from what i would understand. I could always ask him how long excatly it takes. but hmm. the week one. sounds. to overly dramatic. Reasoning. 1: you'd have to go to the bathroom eventually and you dont just hold it in or sweat it out. 2 you'd need to eat eventually. and if you in pain and cant move due to bone not properly aligned for a weeks period. nope. 3 you need water and you can only go 3 days without water. doing that would wipe the water out of you. 4 A: week long. someone would notice. B: you'd be vulnerable during that whole length of time. Leaving you defenseless. Theirs not a single thing in nature. That is within those bounds that would take the length of a week. "
