I don't belong to any covens or circles even though with greater numbers greater power can be achieved I find you can never be sure of every one's intent.
I've learnt I have a close connection with water and emotions, they work beautifully together.

I tried really hard looking on the Internet for a decent spell for summoning the elements, unfortunately there weren't any that were great so I wrote my own ... enjoy!
You need 5 candles - each one the colour of the element. I also like burning a smudge stick for a while before, during and after doing this. I choose either Sage or a Lavender and Sage mix. Doing this inside is obviously easier but you can't beat getting out there and doing it under the moonlight, there's just more potential.

You will need: Sea Salt 3 white candles Water Rosemary-Basil-Fennel (or any other 3 protective herbs) A sqaure white cloth and a thin red ribbon
To Begin, clear your place of magical workings and as your doing this clear your mind of all stresses and negative energies.
Towards the back, place all three candles in a line.
From left to right - Ignite the first candle and say 'Maiden Goddess, Whos essence is forever youthful and bright. Guide me in this Rite.'
Ignite the second candle and say 'Mother Goddess, You bring fertility and birth new life. Guide me in this Rite.'
Ignite the last candle and say ' Crone goddess, Knowledge and wisdom shine from your light. Guide me in this Rite.'
Make a circle in the middle of your alter with sea salt then place your white cloth in the center.
Add a pinch of rosemary to the middle of the cloth, take the maiden goddess candle and add a drip of wax to the rosemary. Then chant ' Vessel of protection, Vail of light'
Add a pinch of basil to the cloth, take the mother goddess candle and add a drip of wax to the basil. Then chant ' Vessel of protection, Vail of light'
Add a pinch of fennel to the middle of the cloth, take the crone goddess candle and add a dip of wax to the fennel. Then chant ' Vessel of protection, Vail of light'
Finally add a pinch of sea salt to the mix and begin to wrap the buddle. Secure bundle with the ribbon. Blow out the candles one by one from right to left starting with the crone goddess. Thank the Goddesses for their help and guidance.

Does it not work or does it not stick ? You could try braiding a peice of you hair with hers and add it to the mix. since your full loup garou it may aid her transformation but be carefull to undo the bond after the ritual... things would get hairy ... excuse the pun
