In your first two stories, it seemed like the creature you were describing was a shadow pesron. And if it wasn't an ear problem in the third story, the shadow could have been the cause of it.

I believe in all supernatural things. But I do try to find logical explanations first, if I can't find a logical explanation... then I blame the supernatural.
1. Are you sure you weren't still half asleep?
2. Same as first.
3. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe poltergeist means "noisy ghost" in German? I didn't think poltergeist could do that. But I could be wrong. It sounds to me like you may have had some kind of seizure or something.
If none of these are the case... then yes it just might have been the supernatural.
