in the chamber of secrets i noticed that there was no dust or mirrors ecept the water refelction would the basalisk die if it saw its reflection in the water ? 6  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

clearly those second two are different people... *nod* and no... because in Harry Potter, if someone looked into its eyes through water, it just got petrified, ergo, it wouldn't have died... and Im pretty sure that snake didn't spend long amounts of time looking into its reflection to make sure it looked finr to go out. It wasn't a teenage girl... so, I doubt it would have stared at the floor to look at its reflection... 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
