To answer in your question i think that the one with the black horse doesn't have a weapon, he only have the power to take away the food and to starve mans to death. 10  out of 10 found this valuable. Do you?

but famine doesn't only make men starve for food but he finds the basic needs of human beings like sex or love or even approval and make them deadly hungry for them ,, if someone likes to eat , he will eat himself to death and if someone likes drugs .. he will drug himself to death Do you find this valuable?
