I believe, even if I'm just 14, that the Black horseman holds some sort of device, or sacred 'siphon' or whatever that destroys all chance of any crops growing, IN other words, He could be called The Abundance Annihilator. Hey, everything needs a name!

Actually, he DOES have a name. It's Famine. He carries a set of scales, which indicates that he controls how much food costs; he drives the price up by lowering how much food is produced, therefore causing famine. Do you find this valuable?
