The traditional diet of a vampire is obviously blood, but we've evolved far past that. We do need blood every once in a while, but just eating a medium-rare steak can help with that. It's extremely addictive, by instinct. At my age, I have amazing self-control.
The average human life is approx. 80 years, so 20 would be above 2, but just as well, it would be quite small. Yet, it would still be a very high achievement, given my vampiric nature.
Before I say the next part, I'd like to point out that it's not that I'm a vampire, but because some people tend to have this. I have a rather large temper, but I only let it loose on those who deserve my wrath. Such as racists, sexists, and 'gaycists.'
Also, everyone is hypocritacal once in a while. Just as everyone has different thoughts and morals regarding killing. I believe that it is ok in self-defence. The death-penalty, however, I think is doled out too easily by the US government, I find it to be flat out murder in most cases.
Some vampires will murder willingly, (and for fun) but so do some humans. "
