I would say Slenderman because, in one of his cases 14 children disappeared one night. As compared to the Willowmans 1 child a month.

Yeah I think a 12 gauge shotgun with XXX buckshot will do the trick, wound him and then tie him up for a month. sincehe can't move on to the next tree, he'll die
