  • Probably true This is probably the only thing on this site that is true. We must assume that there are multiple universes. This is a theory in physics that is quite popular.

  • What if What if the parallel universe is literally under our feet? What if every step we take in every other universe we take a step as well?

  • weird - fltlinr@gmail.com for objections or comments As discussed by the Schrodinger's cat experiment, this is how it would turn out because as the experiment states: A cat is in a box with some other deadly non-living item, Now the cat can't be declared dead or alive until it is perceived to be one or the other. The same can be said if we were to, let's say, put a person in a box with a gun, every time we do that, the universe theoretically, splits into multiple universes, one where the guy uses the gun on himself, one where he doesn't touch the gun, etc. Beliefs in god or not, we may have to accept the fact that we may be living a life with multiple universes. I base my theory off of the ever present ideals that are so present in religion..... If we cannot perceive god, is he really there? The argument may be raised that since we cannot perceive the universe, using the same logic. But if you believe the images that computers have recorded and relayed to us, the universe is very much there. After all, logic is what computers are built on. They are built to see what we see. Moreover, on the subject of religion, the way religion in itself works is that people believe what they believe is true, which is the basis that religion operates on, without belief, religion could not exist. Without religion, the world would be in total chaos. So we can't have religion, but we also can't not have religion for the world to last.Sorry about subjugating whoever read this to the torture of mental a.d.d.

  • Odd as it May Sound... As a Christian, one should know the general base of my beliefs. But, not only do I find parallel universes possible, I believe in them! Look at it this way: human kind has not always been as creative as we are now. Where did we get the idea for vampires or werewolves and the like? You can call it a fluke, but what if these "parallel universes" all of a sudden became "intersecting universes?" So for a short period of time, these 2(or more) universes would be intertwined so all of their respective elements would be part of each other? So, as previously stated, I believe God is infinite and perfectly capable of coming up with more than just a single universe! But here is where it gets a bit tipsy. What if our imaginations were a view only portal into these other realms? By that logic, there is no such thing as fantasy! All of those TV series and movies are the stories of other people in other realms! Whether it is true or not, wouldn't it be one of the greatest feelings in the world to meet that work of art of a woman that's been plaguing your dreams in YOUR reality? That would be paradigm shifting and life altering!

  • non sence This wouldn't make any sense because one persons decisions could change all life in that specific universe. EX: Someone decides to kill someone else 1 less person, or on a bigger note legalizing abortion. Both a decision that change the universe and make it so the universes would just be to different making them non parallel.

  • travel well to travel you would either need a way to warp space and time in order to get to the exact place or you would need to travel through cross dimensions leading to a "forest" theory well this is jusst my opinion

  • Parallel Universes A concept by "Faery_Lova_98"... Parallel Universes? Sure it sounds like some sort of term for the latest Syfy film, but some believe that it is really a possible explanation for the way life works on earth. This such topic is a hard one to explain,
