  • Questions about Werewolves & Other Shifters I recently met a group of people who claimed to be shifters. Obviously, I was fine with it & was more intrigued than anything. Being me, I asked a lot of questions. They called themselves "otherkin" and said that they can only shift into animals/creatures when in astral form.

Now, as I've come to understand it from people on here, there are people who can shift in this world without being in their astral bodies, right? I mentioned that to this group of people (I didn't give out any names or even where I got this information) and they each said "I don't believe that for a second". They said that the physical transformation alone would kill a person, which I can understand. However, I found it odd that they'd dismiss something like this so quickly.

    My questions are:
What do you guys think of the other-kin thing?
Can Shifters change in their human bodies? Or only in their astral bodies?
Are there different types of Shifters? Almost like other "species"?
Can Shifters change into any animal/creature they choose? Or is it different for everyone?
If Shifters can only change into a certain animal, for example, a wolf, what (if anything) determines which animal they change into?

I fear I'm rather ignorant when it comes to this subject, so if there's anything else that people would like to share, I'm more than willing to listen & learn. Thank you!

(Just to be clear, I did read this https://quikquarter.net/page/Werewolves%2C+for+the+true.. along with a few other things).

  • No. Werewolves don't exist (You can believe if you want). Nobody should give out their personal info anyway. That was the first thing you learn about the internet. I see posts on Slenderman forums saying 'I shifted when I was thirteen' blah blah blah. Its annoying as hell. MY question, to everyone, is how do you know? The legend goes, as I have heard it for 14 years, is that the werewolf is not suppose to remember when they shift. They WILL, however, be aware of the fact they they are shifting. They will forget, though, when they wake-up. If you think you are a werewolf, you know what? Bite me.
