I changed "Western" to "European" and "Eastern" to "Asian" because Europe is now closer to the middle of how the world is normally represented in modern times and because "Eastern" could refer to several places. Asian is probably not the best term to use in reference to mainly China, Japan, and the countries in that near vicinity, but what a better word would be has slipped my mind for the moment. If you know, please edit the thread. Otherwise, I will fix it when that word comes to me.

I believe people refer to the Japan, China, and other countries right around there as South East Asian. I could be wrong. But yeah, Eastern, and Western are very broad terms.
