Though I am going continue with the point I was making. There are actually a few different stories of where Lilith ended up, and not all of them had her with Satan. And since she was at one point human, probably still is to some extent, I would say she isn't heartless. So possibly reasonable deals could be made with her. (not that I would recommend that, especially if you are male)
One more thing on your post. You said saintinist, I shall go to the other way of interpreting it, saintist (still not a word) as in someone who worships saints and not the God of the Christian or the Catholic faiths. Even though Catholics do pray to saints they put the God of their faith above all others, so I wouldn't call them saintists. I would call a saintist someone who ONLY worships the saints. And since Lilith isn't a saint I would say people who speak to her aren't saintists."
