Remove possession from a Hitokitsune
Apr 14 2014, 7:52 AM EDT
For those out there who know about the lore of the demon fox spirits, you know what I am talking about. For those who don't, there are many articles on the internet written about them. I knew of them before but I was a skeptic, until it happened to me. I don't know what started it all, but I started to show symptoms of being possessed by a hitokitsune, and they got worse. It actually got out and conversed with others as I wasn't aware. How can I fix this?

I've heard that alternative methods of getting rid of unwelcome company is to trap it within a crystal of some sort and bury it. I've also heard that if you can somehow learn a spirit's name, you gain control of them, so you could, in theory, learn its name and command it to leave (or do your bidding, whichever floats your boat). Now, I'm not completely sure with Asian folkloric creatures, but salt and the like can act as protection against most evil spirits, so in the mean time, you could arm yourself with something to protect yourself and those around you. Exorcism doesn't work because it's not a natural demon. How would one trap it within a crystal? Do you find this valuable? |

I cannot recall the method or even where I heard that information. I'm sure that a quick search on the Internet may yield further information, however. :o

i documented myself and found out that it's near impossible, if not impossible, given the nature of the spirit that I want to trap. What about the name? If I saw it in a nightmare induced by the spirit but forgot it, how would I make it resurface? I shall add that I have a witch at my disposal. Trainee, but a witch nonetheless. "i documented myself and found out that it's near impossible, if not impossible, given the nature of the spirit that I want to trap..... it would be much eaier to ask it what its doing and come to terms with it unless it wishes you harm then no harm no foul.... I was gonna try to get rid of them in my house, but I cannot be sure if its evil or not... so I leave it be and other then looking at me and walking around a bit, it does nothing ... so just ask why, because it would be better to know why your unnatural demon is decided on you, because it might be your own damn fault 1 out of 1 found this valuable. I have done nothing wrong to spite this demon. It does want to harm me and everyone around me because it's what it feeds off of. It's its fuel, apparently. So, yes, it wants to harm me and no, I don't think it will tell me how to get rid of it.

Also, trapping a demon in a crystal can be rather easy, but there are risks and possible repercussions.

"Also, trapping a demon in a crystal can be rather easy, but there are risks and possible repercussions. "Yeah. If I remember correctly, you actually have to have the Demon enter you and then through willpower alone, make it go into the Crystal, or something close to that. With that in mind, have you tried just warding it off? Every mythical creature has a symbol of something that isn't exactly good for it to be around. I'm not too knowledgeable with Yokai/Oni, though, so it may be different for them. If it's anything like the more commonplace spirits, Iron, Silver, and the like can work wonders. Amulets, and Talismans are also an option, Hell, if you have a specific religion or spirituality, it most likely has means of getting rid of such creatures. Do you find this valuable? |

"Mainly messing with my mind in any way imaginable and hurting my friends."Hurt them as in what? Reason why I am asking this sort of questions is because not all spirits are evil and not all of them follow the cliche that humans believe. It may just be trying to communicate with you, but because your power compare to it is so puny it is actually harming you. Humans tend to believe that simply because a creature causes harm that it desires to harm, it isn't so. Do you find this valuable? |

This doesn't sound like Caspar to me, rather, this really does sound like something that is mischievous, if not malevolent. Do you find this valuable? |

As I said, humans tend to believe that simply because something harmed them that it desires that. Leave it at this, if a creature that strong wanted to harm anything, it would have already killed them. Do you find this valuable? |

"Bear in mind that the person in question did say that it is feeding off the fears of him/her and that of his/her friends. Would you eat a feast in a single day, or would you bide your time and take what you need at the moment? With that said, you might be right. Neither of us are there with the person experiencing this first hand, I'm just taking into account what the person has said. In that case, @Spike, you could try communicating with the entity, and if it continues to prove troublesome and cause harm to you, well, I'd consider that the green light to take action. I do communicate with it. Well, it's more a one-way communication, it just tends to send mental images and messages to me in it' distinctive voice. So yes, I communicated with it but it does want to harm me. But without killing me so quickly, so he can feed on the pain and fear of mine and others around me. How am I supposed to take action?
