Mythical Monster Map

Hello

I wanted to put a project out there, that I've just finished:

http://mythical-monsters.com/

The Mythical Monster Map allows you to learn about the world’s astonishing looking Monsters which are linked to country customs and stories in legends.

The Monsters exhibit a variety of characteristics: from the strong but unintelligent Troll of Scandinavia to the benevolent and extremely powerful Azure Dragon of China to the beautiful, magical forest-dwelling woman Madremonte of Colombia. Behaviour varies from Monster to Monster: some are threatening, some are helpful to humans and some have magical powers. The body shape and colours and dynamic poses help to highlight the individual characteristics of each Monster.

No offense but they aren't all that accurate. The Asanbonsam looks like a creepy frog demon with dread locks, and Baba Yaga's chicken feet........I mean come on, her HUT is said to have chicken legs, but not herself. She is also known as Baba Yaga Boney Legs, because, in spite of her ferocious appetite she is still as thin as a Skeleton. Or even Baba Yaga, fearsome witch with iron teeth.

You've done nice artwork however it does nothing but feed more misinformation to what these creatures looked like,
*wanders off mumbling about the Christianization of Trolls and church bells*

I went and looked. The artwork, is, indeed, Ab Fab! (^_^)
Good thing there are no portrayals of goblins, there, though. As wonderful as the artwork is, I would fear any depictions of "goblins" would be rendered as "demon-esque", as they so frequently are, contemporarily! Good lord, I hate that! (and you know how Grim feels about it, as well).
Be that as it may, the artwork is wonderfully imaginative, in any case!
