nagas and nagins

As described above, it is right that the nagas and the nagins are serpent poeple of india, but they are not half snake and half humans, Instead a naga is an ordinary snake which evolves into iccha dhaari naaga after it has meditated for more than hundred years , a iccha dhaari naag or naagin can take human form at will and have supernatural powers, they also have the naag mani, a rare stone with divine powers , Iccha dhaari Naagins are believed to be of godly beauty, and are compassionate lovers, if someone kills the naaga, the naagin will not be scared to go against even God to avenge her lovers death.
