Actually ancient indian texts such as the Mahabharata describes some nagas as having both human and serpent features, some are described as changing from human to serpent form and some are described as being predominately serpentine in appearance with some having several heads. some ancient sculptures in India do depict nagas as being half snake half human although most ancient artistic expressions of the mythological creatures do depict the multiple headed serpent form. Do you find this valuable?
