Tall Jake is the main antagonist from the popular book Malice by Chris Wooding.

Tall jake is depicted as being very tall and thin, with pale -- almost white -- skin. He wears a thick grey coat with a high collar, which serves to obscure most of his face. He wears a tricorn hat and carries a walking stick with a orb on top. His eyes are unusual in that they are a bright red, with yellow stars for pupils. Half his face is burnt after a battle with his arch nemis the Shard.
