Sirens do not have wings! They are the evil version of a mermaid that lure men to their doom in the rocks! Like for example they tried to lure a ship to its doom! 11  out of 15 found this valuable. Do you?

In Greek Mythology, Sirens are described as being similar to harpies: giant birds with a female heads. Their songs were captivating and they could even change form to appear more beautiful. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Yes, they do. They were given wings and in several different tales have the feet of birds, or the head of a bird. They're not even related to mermaids.

um i can easily say "bull-****" to your statement. i can say this without stuttering because my mother actually is a Siren. hahaha ya you think i'm kidding. um no. My mother is a beautiful creature, she doe's have wings, and her body is very bird like, although somtimes she can make her self appear to be more human like she still has the wings. so don't you go lumping my mother in with those bitchy Mermaids, who sit in the ocean and comb there weaves, and yes thats how mermaid's got there "amazing hair" psh those dumb fish *******

Urmm, this is awkward but in ancient Greek mythology where they originated they actuallly did have wings. They weren't associated with water uhento after the collapse of Greek culture. They were depicted as sitting in a feild of flowers on an island with t rotting corpses of their victims besides them. They are completely different from Do you find this valuable?
