I agree, deer kangaroo don't exist in the real world. I think just what people are seeing that they think is the "jersey devil" is proibly a combination of deer(not kangaroo deer), owls, being drunk or low light. The picture was dinfinatly faked.

Hello,
i was wondering if anyone knows any good books with more information about Djinn? I love reading about origins, the effect different religions have on original beliefs ( if you know what i mean, its badly written there, but basically i mean when new religions enter they tend to use certain ways to demonize other religions gods, deities etc. i certain religion is infamous for its use of such tactics). But back to the point, i would love to learn more about Djinns, all the types and any information about them really. can anyone suggest any good books?

alot of people seem to have the idea that black is the color of death, horor, evil, and distruction when in fact it is not. in this case black is just refering to the color of the wings and has no relation to the evilness inside so its alot more straight forward then many people think. but in other cases having to do with black angels, black angels are usually angels of protection and blck angels are the angels closer to ones sole, ther eis one such angel named st. martin who is a black angel in charge of garding children. i cant really see the evil in protecting children.

Hi everyone, i was just wondering if anyone could suggest any good books on the darker mythological creatures and also Demons( i term which i agree has difference of meaning down to personal opinion and religions)
I have seen books like
A Field Guide to Demons, Fairies, Fallen Angels and Other Subversive Spirits
and
The Encyclopedia of Demons and Demonology
but i have been reading mixed reviews, so was wondering what other like minded people thought?
i like books that try thier best to use solid sources, and unbiased religious opinion. I was hoping someone would be able to point me in the direction of a couple good books in this area that they like? any help would be great.

Elf can be pluralized both as elves and elfs. Something associated with elves or the qualities of elves is described by the adjectives elven, elvish, elfin or elfish. A convention of modern fantasy usage is: the v in elven or elvish refers to human-sized elves (who correspond more closely to the mythology of the Viking Era), whereas the f in elfin or elfish refers to tiny-sized elfs (who correspond more closely to the folklore of the Renaissance and Romantic Eras). https://quikquarter.net/page/Elf

This isn't a monster this thing is a Bio weapons experiment that either escaped or was dumped from plum island its already been proven, the tides actually drift there to those beaches there kind of coincidence to have 2 or more of these creatures to wash up on the same beach. Then having what is called The Tall man washed up on the same beach with 5 bore holes in his head a long lanky body and fingers looking more creature then man but wasn't even reported to the news, don't you think that makes it even more suspicious

An elf (plural elves) is a being of Germanic mythology. The elves were originally thought of as a race of divine or semi-divine beings (wights, vættir) endowed with magical powers, which they use both for the benefit and the injury of mankind. In medieval Norse mythology, they appear to have been divided into light elves and dark elves, difficult to delineate from the Æsir (gods) on one hand and the dvergar (dwarves) on the other. In early modern and modern folklore, they become associated with the fairies of Romance folklore and assume a diminutive size, often living underground in hills or rocks, or in wells and springs. 19th-century Romanticism attempted to restore them to full stature, often depicting them as very young, probably adolescent (lack of facial hair on male elves), men and women of great beauty. From their depiction in Romanticism, elves entered the 20th-century high fantasy genre in the wake of the publications of J. R. R. Tolkien, especially the posthumous publication of his Silmarillion where Tolkien's treatment of the relation of light elves, dark elves, black elves and dwarves in Norse mythology is made explicit. The "Christmas elves" of contemporary pop culture were popularized during the 1870s in the United States, in publications such as Godey's Lady's Book. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elf
very important note!!!!!! elves with the spelling (elf or elfish) are the comon smaller house or wood dwellers; wile (elve or elven) refers to the of lord of the rings elves of rivindail.

depends mostly on size. elven sizing is a stereotype. many people claim them to be short. it's annoying towards our race. anyway, goblins generally hold barbaric or viking like weapons and aim to kill and pillage. Probably a nature FAIRY. Pixies and fairies depend on gender according to my study.
