The Council- The Six Members of the Council. They reside in Verse and rule its lands. They set laws that demons, angels, and fallen angels have to abide by. The chambers are locked inside a temple and to open it you need the key with the six stars on it. In other words the council are all demi souls, the interesting thing is demi's have 4 options

1. Stay in verse (spirit world) and they keep getting stronger by eating souls or fighting other demi's
2. Go kill one of the council, so then it becomes a memeber and replaces the original one (yea it sucks) and set rules and stuff
3. Go into heaven or hell and get accepted and become a angel if it desides to go to heaven or a demon if it goes to hell
4. Be reborn into a human, but they have to be a willed soul (psychic) to stop overflowing spirit energy

Six Council Members- The six council members are made up of six Demi-Souls that have been in a way tamed. They do not need to consume other souls. There purpose is to bind all Demi-Souls that wish to be reborn as willed souls, and to bind all Demons, Angels, and Fallen angels that take human form. The Council also has a team of six other kinds of souls. They can range from Demi’s, Angels, Fallen Angels, and Demons to enforce the Council Laws in Verse and on Earth. If a Council Member is killed the entity that killed it will become a Council Member. The ones that have been called the council memeber are as i said before are demi-souls, if an angel, demon or fallen angel wishes to be born or become in a human form they have to go to the council and yea.... and also they get binded, because seriously i don't think they will allow beings like them be able to kill someone with a single touch, would they? When they are binded they forget their real names, their abilities that they use to have get sealed, eventually they'll get it all back in time and much more. So all i'm saying for this is that they are really helpless but as time goes by they get abilities back, not all but bit by bit.
