The six legged salamander(Salamandra ignis) lives in active volcanic regions. its venomous milk extinguishes flame on contact, it also poisons bait for prey. it is 2 feet long 8 inches tall with 6 legs that regrow in hours of breaking off. Fire resistant tongue and skin, long tail. eats glowworms, fireflies, any small insects, and sulphur-loving plants. eggs are laid near volcanic vents, newly hatched salamanders burrow in ashes then emerge to eat fireflies. both young and old are protected from predators by hot magma.
