Fairy folk come in all different types, but their is one type of fairy that comes in a variety of forms. These are flower fairies and they are the most beautful type of fey known to man.

There is a fairy to every flower, here are a few types:

Bluebell Fairy: Bluebells carpet the woodland in late spring, creating a shimmering azure haze in which thousands of fairies dance. This is similar to the hue of the human 'etheric', which is the part of the aura closest to the body and easiest to see.

Buttercup Fairy: Sunny buttercup fairy brings you awareness of your gifts and helps you to feel confident, able to explore and express your talents in this lifetime. The golden 'cup' of this flower is full of bounty and cheer. The buttercup fairy is compassionate and has a deep understanding of human beings.

Clover Fairy: Clover has a leaf with three lobes, sometimes linked with the Triple Goddess: Maiden, Mother and Crone. The three-leaved clover can be carried as a protective charm. To find a four-leafed clover is, however, extremely lucky. Such leaves are rare, and may be taken to symbolize the four Elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water, which is very magical.

Cowslip Fairy: The cowslip is a variety of primrose, appearing a little later in the spring, and a potent indication of fairy activity. Like the primrose fairy, cowslip fairy has a youthful innocence, and she will help to keep young anyone who carries her bloom.

Daisy Fairy: Daisies often grow on lawns and readily spring back up after the grass has been cut. The daisy fairy is very robust and does not worry about humans and their actions. for this reason she can be an effective guide into the realms of fairyland. Many other fairies are drawn close to daisies. A special gift of the daisy fairy is resilience and creativity.

Daffodil Fairy: The daffodil fairy blows the trumpet that ushers in the spring. As the fresh winds toss the daffodil flower, so the fairy within brings a message of clarity and new beginnings. Iris Fairy: The iris fairy is very special among the inhabitants of the Land of the Fairies. Tulip Fairy: Like so many fairies, the tulip fairy is associated with love. The tulip is shaped like a chalice, and this is the 'loving cup' from which tulip fairy encourages you to imbibe, to feel the blessings of Nature. One of the messages of tulip fairy is to have the courage to be vulnerable, because only in this way can any of us ever know closeness and fulfilment.

Violet Fairy: The modest spirit of violet epitomizes all the quallities that are needed to attract fairies, such as humility and simplicity. In acient Greece violets were worn to promote tranquillity and facilitate sleep.
