The Pyrausta is a hybrid between a dragon (see dragon page) and a insect.
Unlike the dragon it can't breath fire although to ward off enemys it shoots a sticky (and smelly) thread from its mouth.
It lays its eggs in trees, anything that gets to close will get rappedwrapped in a cancune to be the new born larva's first meal.
